We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Real Estate Media Specialist. Your primary role will be to help shoot professional photo and video content for house listings. Each project will take place on-site at residential properties across the area
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and videos of real estate listings
Set up and break down basic photo/video equipment
Communicate with agents and homeowners in a professional and friendly manner
Organize and upload media files for editing/post-production
Ensure each home is presented in the best possible light
Qualifications
Basic experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones with gimbal/stabilizer
Familiarity with composition, lighting, and framing for real estate or lifestyle photography
Excellent understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, & color theory.
Reliable transportation to get to different listing locations
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Schedule
Flexible part-time hours (you'll be scheduled based on home availability and your availability).
Compensation
$50-$250 per house (based on scope of work)
